DO NOT RELY ON THEIR WEBSITE. Here is an accurate list of ammenities:
Gym - (treadmill is broken and has been for a long time)
Community Gas Grill - has been broken for a VERY long time
Car washing station - hose has been broken for a very long time)and it smells terrible
Hot tube - hasn't been opened in YEARS and notice how they use it in their advertisments on their website.
Not only are all these things broken. I moved in here in May 2007 and when I took a tour I was told that everything worked and through their deception I signed a lease.
I then referred a friend to live here and then two business days later they say if you refer someone you get $500 off your rent. And surprise, surprise, they wouldn't give it to me. I figured after all the deception they would give me the $500 off, but after my previous explanation of how things are handled here, what should I expect.
I you want to live here because of the location and do not care about ANY of the ammenities, then come sign a lease. Otherwise, find another place to live.

They're a bunch of damn liars. I've been here for 10 months now. If you're doing an inspection before signing the lease and happen to notice anything wrong, they'll act surprised that there's a problem and tell you that they will fix it right away. Sign the lease...they have you. You'll see some true colors then. Nothing gets fixed. Every single appliance I have has stopped working, or either caught fire or flooded my floors--and they don't replace it. You're never given an apology. To the contrary, you will be told that you're not a priority. If you keep pushing to get something fixed, even if you know it's something they're legally required to fix right away, you might even get cussed at. I've been cussed out by two different property managers (they change property managers here very often).
