Well to start off- Our apartments carpets were disgusting, They were black when we moved in, I was told that we were going to get new carpets, things were missing such as the molding underneath of the fireplace - which was very unsafe and sharp - It smelled like something was dead, i called down to have them pull the fridge and and stove out, they claimed it was the grease that made the dead animal smell- didn't offer anything, THEN as tiles started falling off our shower wall i noticed nasty black stuff - it was mold - Slimy black stuff i called down after just one has fallen off and told them i really would like this fixed asap- no answer, Now i have a 6 month old and i was already pissed about the nasty carpets and smell and god knows what else was there, So i contacted a lawyer wrote a note claiming i was leaving and breaking my lease, They showed up the next day of course, claimed it was "just mildew" and said do not shower in here for 24 hours we will be back in morning to put tiles back on...I freaked i called mold people who said if he does that sue them - Well me thinking maybe i heard wrong did not...he showed up and didn't treat this "just mildew" (that has actually eaten away at the backing and caused holes to form) and put those freaking mildew tiles right back on wall, i contacted corporate and got my butt out of there within the next day, since those 3 days i was contacted stating that i owe 4 months rent...where that came from NO CLUE we lived there 2 months, and uh had a deal so we didn't owe that- i was then told that they were coming in to see the mildew. the guy from corporate is SOOOO unprofessional he was taking personal jabs at my family, told me to have the MOLD SPECIALIST SO HE COULD TEACH HIM A THING OR TWO - ( unbelievable! he's a LEASING AGENT) Claimed there were flea's in the apt, Which is false - (the apt is empty) he didn't even look at the bathroom where it was he claimed the carpet was my fault - of course i am a strong willed woman and will not be treated this way so i gladly pointed out that i have a lawyer and if he tried to change the lease that they had already illegal changed numbers on and illegally signed and put wrong dates on i will not only take them to court for covering up the mold/mildew but also slam them for every single thing i could. He laughed and said good luck.


I feel sorry for anybody who decides to lease from these people, the manager is VERY rude and doesn't know how to do anything. the maintenance guy is nice, but uninformed, there is only one girl in the leasing office who is even nice at all, and the other one is Oh so nice to my husband but so very rude to me (i'm not the only one who noticed this)

my carpet was disgusting and they told me they were going to replace them after i left but when i was moving out they told me i had to pay for the carpet, they even took me to court, which i didn't know about till i checked my credit report a year or so later, i called the circuit court and they said the sheriffs apartment put the summons up on my apartment AFTER I MOVED OUT and left a forwarding address. suffice it to say i lost that court hearing and now owe over a thousand dollars. they even said i installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen, it was there when i moved in, but i failed to write it in the check in paperwork, how the hell was i supposed to know that the fan didn't come with place. the manager lady was really rude called me crazy and said my whole family was crazy. no one should ever rent from these people ever.
