I have lived at Townsend Square apts for quite some time now. It's a very nice apt. complex, staff is very friendly and helpful. If I need something fixed, maintenance is usually there the same day or the very next. My only real problem is everyone that has lived above me has been extremely noisy and have no consideratin for the person living below them and you can hear most sounds from other apts. Other than that, I would recommend Townsend Square Apts to anyone who's looking for a place close and convenient work, schools and shopping.
