When I first moved there in 2005 The Village at England Run was quiet, nice neighbors and management was a part of the community and I was very impressed. So much has changed in two yrs. High turnover in Mgmt, increase noise after 10pm, tenants don't supervise their children outside; at no fault of maintenance, the trash level in the community is out of hand; maintenance works hard to keep it decent; tenants violate the simplest rule such bring pets over the weight limit after they move in; smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages in front of the townhouse. I do believe the development can be turned around however I am considering moving next year 2008.

I agree completely with you. I am on here to look for a new place to stay. I am considering Riverside Manor. I know someone who lives there and it isn't bad. Maybe we could get together and complain to management ( not like they would listen though.)
