I have lived here since march and i should have known it was to good to be true. I put my app in and moved in the same day. that should have been a signal but it wont.
Since i have lived here I havent had the mice problem the other person wrote but the roaches oh my god the roaches have gotten worse They sent exterminators out last monday and for what it looks like they brought more when they came, i have roaches coming from everywhere they are in my kitchen living room dining room both hall closets, bathroom, its like they have taken over and mind you i have a 1yr old and a 8 yr old so its not safe. i already gave my 60 day notice but if i find something before i will be gone before Februaury. And getting stuff fixed is the worse you have to go thru a 15 min voice mail just leave a message for someone to call back which never happens until you call again. and lets not mention this summer when My family went 3 weeks without gas which heats my water and cooks my food, and all they did was give us 1 vocher for pizza and soda and then they had a buffet on a sat morning and they did not compensate our rent but expect us to be happy that they hired someone who took their own sweet time to get the problem fixed. I do not recommend this place to anyone, unless you like a lot of police activity, drug activity, security guards who harass you for no reason other than they can, then be my guest this is the perfect place for you.

I must have been there the same time you were, b/c I remember when the damn gas was out! It was horrible...and the roaches are disgusting! I kept a clean house and they were still everywhere. I think the people who havent seen any must be blind b/c everyone I knew there had the same problem. I remember once opening the linen closet and I had a bag on the top shelf in a corner and when I moved it OMG!!! there were so many roaches it was unreal and then they left their whatever it is behind...I sucked them up in the vacuum b/c I didnt know what else to do. I had 2 toddlers at the time who until I moved away from there always seemed to have a cold or somthing and Im sure it was from the bugs now. I didnt have a problem with the people in the office or maintenance but the bugs were just to much to deal with. And I also thought it was bs for them not to give a discount on rent the month of June that the gas was out...it happened the day before Fathers day...HUGE pain!! and the security guards were foreigners with terrible attitudes. I had words with them myself and Im not the type to do that with security type people. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone I think they need to burn it down honestly b/c thats they only thing that will kill those roaches and I doubt that will do it b/c they are so bad. Jennifer Lewis
