Its not as bad as people say...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I lived in this complex for 13 months, and never had any problems. The place was clean when we moved in, we never saw any roaches, mice or any other type of bug the whole time we were there. Me and my boyfriend nevver had any problems getting in touch with the office or maintenence. yeah, we had a few things go wrong, like the smoke detector was on the fritz, a window needed to be fixed, but they always came within 24 hours to fix anything. The women in the office are the nicest people. Yea, the place is old, its not perfect, but its not horrible either.
I would love to live there again if I moved back to the area.
