I had no idea roaches could ruin a computer until I lived here. Roach feces destroyed the ram slots and pci slots on a pc.
The sink flooded when the upstairs neighbor ran the dishwasher, and it was not with water.
Then the apartment complex tried to make me pay for damage to the carpet from this flooding when I left. They attempted to scare me with made up legal terms to force payment until I met with a lawyer.
Neighbors were extremely noisy at all hours.
