one of the nicest apartment complex's in the area - I have lived in this apartment community since Oct. 2010 and am still here, it is the nicest, SAFEST, cleanest, community in the area. YES there are cheaper rents in the area BUT you get what you pay for. I would recommend this complex to anyone especially those with children. Nice Living - Moved here five months ago, and think it's a great complex. Maintenance always shows up within a couple days and they are polite and efficient. Love it - I've been a tenant at the Steeplechase Apartments since May, 2009 and I love it. They have a wonderful, professional staff. The manager obviously takes pride in her work and has been very diligent with the upkeep. Towing I have lived here for at least five years.
This week they decided to tow my utility trailer off because they chnged the rules. I recived no notification of this change in policy. The trailer was within all the terms of the lease but said they changed the rules and started enforcing them

Staff I miss Connie, she was the ONLY staff lady that I loved. Stephanie is an assistant manager and she does drugs! But they don't fire her because that's the managers friend. How great is that?! THEY NEED TO BRING CONNIE BACK! She is what kept this community together.

Loved it I been a resident for Steepelchase since 2007 and I love it. The location is wonderful. Close to 95 and route 1. Very close to Walmart and various shopping centers. Whenever I had a issue regarding maintenance it was fixed in timely matter. The staff was always helpful whenever needed.

Seems ok I went to the property Saturday and talked to a tenant. She had some good things and bad things to say about the property. The good out weighed the bad so Im going to check them out. One plus was the location, easy access to get to 95 for work in the mornings. The apartments are older
