We moved in before the place went condo. Had we known it was going condo we would not have moved in. Management was not very upfront about a lot of things. I am in a 3 bedroom unit and it is lovely but the neighbors beneath me are constantly fighting and play their videogames sometimes until 2 AM. Always with the noise, stereos, TV, videogames. Who knew a place so upscale would allow riff raff in. Too bad they charge so much money. The floors and walls of these apts should have been sound-proofed if they were going to sell these as condos. We can hear the tenants below running and moving furniture around as well. This place is not well insulated.

Parking is a problem too if you live in the back part of the complex. Everyone and their uncle seems to want to park in the area. The owner did not do much planning for parking, just worried about getting up as many units as possible. Screw parking. They recently painted numbers on the parking spaces ---- get's that is a nice front for potential residents thinking there is assigned parking. What a joke. They have no assigned parking here.

Pet friendly, sure, if you like to have 100 lb animals running around, barking at anything that moves and owners that do not like to clean up after their pets.

Good thing we only have a one year lease. This place isn't worth it. We are just passing through anyway.

I think its a very nice community. I actually spoke with the office concerning rent to own and how I could be a home owner. They were very helpful and it's a great program. The condo's a very pretty and its a nice area. And if you aren't ready to buy you can continue to rent. There is nothing else that will compare with this community in the area. Across the street is out of the question. I have nice neighbors. And I spoke to the office about the parking and every condo will have an assigned spot they haven't sent notification to the tenants yet. I recommend living here.

We could always hear out neighbors too. I thought it was a better community that than, but they are in such financial trouble that have to let anyone in and any pets in. They are having trouble renting out the apartments let alon selling them! The office workers are not honest or helpful...thank goodness our lease will be up soon. This apartment is such a bad experience for us.
