The management is nice when you meet them, but after you move in, they are the most dis-respectful, unhelpful, unwelcoming people I could ever imagine. My partner and I dont even feel comfortable asking them for help. Besides that, the place is becoming increasingly loud. We thought it would be peaceful, but one night we had a tenant or tenants' guest who was obviously drunk or high bang on our door thinking he was at another place. He then tried to climb onto our balcony!! I then had to run outside and threaten him to leave.

Also, their billing is also unorganized and quick to add fees. They dont check their mail on the day rent is due, and will then charge a $160 late fee claiming your rent is 1 day late. We can not wait to move.


Since we moved in in February, the complex has changed dramatically for the worse. It is becoming increasingly loud, the management increasing rude and unorganized. We hear loud music in the middle of the night, I can only imagine this place in 5 years.


On top of all this, the place is very expensive.
