These condo's that are now apartments because no one in their right mind would buy them are roach infested. They shouldnt be because they are not that old, but so many of the units are crammed with people in them. They built these Condo's during the housing boom, and BAM now nobody wants them. They are overpriced and converted in to apartments and still people arent renting out like they would like. That is why we have roaches, huge dogs running around, people do not clean up after their pets, people are loud at night. Many teenagers drinking outside the units acting a fool all during the week. POOR POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF THE STAFF.

I havelived at Somerhill for over a year now and I have not had the same experience. Discriminate? I have had nothing but the utmost respect from John and Julie. Especially Julie. She is always helpful and always professional. I have seen her juggle many tennats questions at once all the while being polite and curteous. Are you sure you aren't taking something personal here? Were you late on a rent and decided to take it out on a staff that has no control over your issues? In terms of discriminating, I am a professional black woman and I have never had that problem with either John or Julie.

Well, I have been here for 3 years and overall, have never seen roaches. I do have complaints about the endless stream of kids, noisy teens and loud tenants that like to slam doors so hard that my pictures shift on the wall. The staff is actually the nicest around and do try to help you with a problem. I wish the place had been designed better so that smokers, loud music lovers, big dog lovers and people with an excess of two cars, had a nice little corner some where to live and hang out in the complex. I just don't feel the $1500 I am paying is really worth the trouble. It is a nice play for a year or two but I am looking to move on soon.
