OK - I am still here but planning to move

I am here now 3 years and it is OK. When I first moved here I was in love. I thought it was the perfect scenic place to live, wooded area, stream flowing nearby, rte 29 and rte 15 close by, nice clubhouse, nice staff. I was also one of the first tenants in my building so there were no other neighbors within my vicinity. I thought it was going to be peaceful and lovely forever. But then the place started to full up quickly and I noticed that they let in people that were wife-beaters, drug addicts, obnoxious types with dogs not on leashes. I had some great neighbors but once they place went condo, they moved out. It was sad but I know things have to change. Change is good but sometimes it is bad. I still like the staff, although they are not the original ones when I first arrived. The grounds are relatively clean but of course certain tenants are disrespectful and litter the place. Also, the recycle trash bins keep going missing. There is one trash bin in the complex and assigned parking but people disregard assigned spots and just park where ever the hell they please. Parking is not strictly enforced unlike other communities where they actually tow your ass if you are in the wrong spot.
Not sure why management is stricter about parking. It is very frustrating to come home and see the same -------, knowing he isn't suppose to park there after several warnings, park there! I am just passing through and do not intend to purchase a unit here. For the most part, it is convenient to rte 29 and rte 15. Gainesville is nice but it is growing and becoming heavily populated. For a single person like me, it is not an ideal area, especially since I do not have kids. I am not a kid hater, just wish the complex would have built a nice park or something special for them. The complex goes up to 3 bedrooms and no place for kids to play. What was this designer/owner thinking'
I think it has great potential with stronger management but I realize that times are hard and nothing is really selling so they have to fill the units with anyone that has a job right now. Just wish things had been different here. It was so nice in the beginning. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
