the apartments are new and very nice, not too expensive either.
suprisingly, i didnt have a problem with theft and problems with my car like i've found in other places i've lived.
the community is real nice, quiet and an all around great place to live.
the only problem i have is that they recently added speed bumps all over the place. the speed bumps are too high and if you have a lowered car, forget getting it into the neighborhood. even cars with a stock suspension have problems getting over these mountains sometimes. there isnt even a way to make it to any parking spot without making it over at least one speed bump.
we have complained, but of course have seen nothing done about it.
