great apartments, HORRIBLY THIN WALLS AND CEILINGS. and VERY VERY VERY far away from "civilization" (think DC).

i had one group of douche-bags move out from above me only to get 2 more fabulously untalented ass-clowns move in to take their place.

these numb nuts think it's their duty to blast thug music and make my apartment vibrate (not interested in the whole dance-club-in-my-living-room thing), and even worse is their creaky bed that, true to its name, creaks like hell when the female (they're dating') is taking it like a champ. not exactly music to fall asleep or wake up to.

this place is out there and has its share of bumpkins (hmmm...dumb white people!!), but i'm sure there are also really nice people who are CONSIDERATE and are capable of deducing that perhaps the apartments around them ACTUALLY have people in them who don't want to hear/feel their poor music selection.

unfortunately, the nice and/or educated don't seem to be allowed to live above me....

my advice' if you're going to live here, live on the TOP FLOOR and try to figure out what types of people live around you BEFORE signing a year lease.

ok, a bit angry on this day at the people mentioned earlier in my review. this isn't a bad place at all, it's just not for me. if it were 30 miles or so to the east, i would stay here until i bought a house. the staff here are great and very personable, and the complex is next door ro a shopping facility so you can walk to the food store in no time at all. haven't been here for a few days, so decidedly less irritated at the people above me. still moving out, but i guess that the only truly perfect housing situation is when you own.

Gainesvillerenter, your not the one having to suffer from thug music and loud noice. Im in the process of getting a education and am sick of hearing there poor taste in music
