We've lived here almost a year and I'm not too impressed with the community. You expect to hear some noise in apartments, but the walls here are extremely thin. I can hear the people above us 24/7 walking around, dropping things, etc. The office staff is extremely rude. You go in the office to pick something up and they don't even say hi or if you need to ask a question they act like you're bothering them. Seriously, they are not working at a country club community; they need to get off their high horse. On the other hand, the maintenance staff has been wonderful- always friendly and courteous. There is a cop who lives here and parks his car at the front of the community, which is really nice- makes you feel safe. The people who live here aren't too bad- but the people in our building love to leave trash on the stairs. We are not going to renew when the lease is up.
