Gone really downhill with new managment.

We've been here two years now and I'm sad to say I can't wait to move out. A new managment company has just ruined the place. I've waited in the rental office for over an hour while the staff chatted on the phone. They've made up all sorts of crazy "rules" based on lose interpretations of the lease - i.e. - No trash or clutter on the balconies means no windchimes'! Excuse me, my windchimes aren't trash. They stopped holding packages at the office, you have to go back to the post office once you come home to find out you have a package. The maintenance crew has let themselves in without knocking - twice, and it took them over a week to respond to fairly urgent problems. There is constantly trash all over the grounds. I'm disguisted and would never recommend these apartments (or anything managed by S.L. Nusbaum) to anyone.

At least I'm not the only one with wind chimes. I complained about this new rule since they only seem to be applying it to apartments that face the front of the building. (Try taking a walk along the back sometime... amazing what some people have!) Surprise surprise... starting within a week of my complaint, my apartment ended up getting "inspected" five times in three weeks. I've never had to deal with this kind of petty cr*p in all my years of apartment living.
