Hello I am the new manager and I am very sorry to hear that a few residents are unhappy here at Somerset Pointe. My Staff and I try very hard to be courteous, kind, pleasant and fair to all the residents. As with life things will always constantly change and with change comes good or bad. My staff and I strive to make the changes at Somerset Pointe good and pleasant for all the residents. Please note that on several occasions the staff has extended themselves above and beyond too many residents and to Somerset Pointe. We have tried to help existing residents and new residents feel at home by throwing several events such as last year's Pool Party, Mothers Day Social and Christmas Party. The Staff and I also provided Turkeys and grocery store gift cards to needy families in the community for Thanksgiving. We have maintained the beauty of the community by having our staff personally plant flowers at Somerset Pointe in the summer of 2005. We have replaced the siding on many of the buildings and painted the breezeways to help preserve the beauty of the property. Also in the summer of 2005 every day at 2:00pm we gave free freeze pops to all the kids in the pool. In addition every Friday we offer free cookies to the kids.

We welcome any ideas from any and all residents as to how to make Somerset Pointe the best community possible. I also personally extend the invitation to any resident to stop by my office and meet me and my staff if you have not already. This Friday at 7:00pm is the perfect time to for residents to come out to our Valentine Day Social and meet me and my entire staff. Also note: Over the summer of 2005 we asked several residents to be on the event's planning committee and that offer still stands.
My staff and I are very proud of the changes we have made at Somerset Pointe Apartments and our only goal is to make it the best community in town!

I've never seen so many lies. You don't care about the tenants. You only care about yourself and your paycheck. You folks in the rental office are a joke. The maintenance team is great. You need to take some tips from them.

if you were so great, then why did you talk ---- to my boyfriend in our apartment, call us slobs, and then have the audacity to threaten to evict us, and then sue us after we moved out! your a crock of ---- and our attorney is reporting you specifically to the better business beuero.
