I am a Katrina Victim and I moved to Somerset Pointe right after the hurricane destroyed my entire city. The ladies in the office made the move to Virginia such a pleasant transition. The ladies in the office help to move me in within two days and made several calls to FEMA to help me get my paperwork straight.

I visit the office at least once a week and I bring my son. The ladies in the office always offer him a big welcome when we come by and they never let him leave without a treat. This is so important to me and my son since we have hardly any family here in VA.

Last month I was ill and one of the ladies in the office came by to pick up my rent check for me. I thought that was so kind of her.
Also the maintenace staff is very helpful. One of the maintenance staff came to help me put together my furniture on his time off from the job.
I am so thank to the staff at Somerset Pointe they have all been such a blessing to me. I would recommend these apartments to all.
