I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT AT SOMERSET POINT NOW FOR 3 YEARS . I WAS JUST READING ALL THE NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM PAST AND PRESENT RESIDENTS .I HAVE NOTICE THAT SOME OF YOU REFER TO THE TERM GHETTO AS IN DESCRIBING WINNE . I AM WHITE AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE STAFF . THEY'RE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL . I HONESTLY BELIEVE THAT THOSE THAT PLACE THE NEGATIVE "GHETTO' COMMENTS ARE THE ONES THAT IS ALWAYS LATE OR IS HAVING PROBLEMS PAYING THE RENT . LETS FACE IT ,YOU THEN GET MAD AND VENT YOUR FRUSTRATIONS BECAUSE YOUR'E HAVING THOSE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES AND YOU'RE BEING SOUGHT AFTER BY SOMERSET . THESE PEOPLE HAVE COMMITMENTS TOO . SO QUIT WHINING AND INSTEAD OF LEAVING NEGATIVE COMMENTS ,TRY LEAVING AN IDEA OF SO OF HOW TO IMPROVE ANYTHING THAT YOU MAY SEE OUT OF THE ORDINARY . PERHAPS YOU CAN SUGGEST THE STAFF PLACE A SUGGESTION BOX WHERE RESIDENTS CAN VOICE THEY CONCERNS . THANK YOU

you want an idea? fire winnie. start over completely with a new staff that knows what their doing. nobody down there works together, they don't respond to faxes voicemails let alone answer the phone, and if you need to talk to winne? don't bother because she doesn't have time. so all these people that think this place is so great you obviously don't know what your talking about being since we've paid rent always and never gave them a problem yet we're supposed to let winnie come into our apartment and talk crap to us? I don't think so.

yea also we never paid late, always paid early in fact, and we're white too so what is yur point with that. we've complained to their corporate office, nothings been done!! hell your probally one of the staff members yourself

Maybe if the staff put a little more effort into fixing their horrible accounting mess and taking some customer service training they wouldn't have to spend so much time defending themselves on the internet. Also, this was a wonderful place to live three years ago (pre Winnie).
