I've actually lived here for about 4 years. Ever since the new management took over, they've been apsolutely horrible. They are very rude,, they've lost paperwork countless times, and they don't know how to figure out whether or not someone owes money or not, chances are not, but they will make it out to be the tenants fault.
The apartments are ok for what they are, but the walls are very thin, and it has to be about the worse possible location in Gainesville as it is not uncommon to sit in traffic for 45 min to travel 2 miles to get to the interstate 66.
And if you dont believe me when I say the good reviews are fake, then just read a few of them, you can tell real quick that they were probably written by the staff.
Do yourself a favor and spend a few hundered dollars extra to not live here. This will be the last year for me!!

I agree with you. It's a shame the staff has to come on here and make fake reviews to make themselves look like something the're not. 66 is only aout 3 miles away but it does take almost an hour to get to it at peak traffic hours. It really isn't worth it.
