Somerset Pointe is not that bad. I have lived here for 4 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. As far as apartments in Prince William County, Somerset is as good as it gets. The office staff are very nice, as long as you pay your rent and are respectfull of your neighbors you wont have a problem with any one of them. People say that the office staff write all the good reviews, but that is simply not true. There are people like myself that really do enjoy living here. I can almost garauntee you that the bad reviews are writen by the same people that are pissed off because the office staff hounds them about rent, noise violations, etc. They're just doing their jobs though, and it's not their fault you can't pay your rent. Having said all that, at times there are kids that turn up their music and drive through the parking lot. This is very agrivating to me because it is so disrespectfull. Roll up your windows, the whole world doesn't want to listen to your music and your not cool because you have $10,000 sterio system in your Pinto.

Thats funny being since for your information, we lived there for a year, didn't do anything to them at all, yet we had a neighbor who tried to break down our door and was kicking our door in for no reason-they did nothing about it, and harassed us and we had to take them to court to get our deposit back, and we're still waiting! So don't say we're disrespectful, noisy and don't pay rent.
