I lived here for a year and a half. The parking is atrocious. The lease states that no commercial vehicles or large trucks can be parked in the parking lots and yet they were allowed to park there for months on end. I rarely got a spot in front of or near my apartment. There was liitle noise from the outside but in the apartment above us we could hear everything the tenants did. The grounds were clean most of the time. It was a little blah to look at. There were two incidents of safety that I feel are worth mentioning. Someone pulled the fire alarm in our building and maintenance never came to offer the firefighters any help. They spent 10 minutes searching for the shut off valve, this was at 11pm on a weekend, and when I asked management about it, they said they didn't know anything about the incident. Someone also tried to enter my apartment at night and again management knew nothing of it. The construction of the apartment was ok. It was outdated and there were many fixtures that were shodily done. The maintenance people knew nothing really and it took them long times to fix things. The staff never answers their phone. if you need to talk to them, go in and do not call! Overall, I wouldn't reccommend living here. For the price you pay, you get nothing but headache. They try to leech off of you.

Maintance sucks here!!! The bathroom in the apartment above us leaks water through the floor and through our vent of our ceiling, it's not only took maintance a week to come look at the problem, but when we called the emergancy maintance number, the maintance guy said he couldn't come look at it that night. It took them a week to come look at the problem and the only reason they even came to look at our ceiling and the lady above us bathroom was because I called corparate(spelling, sorry). I agree it's not worth the money to live here.
