I agree with the last couple of reviews. My husband and I were in town looking for an apartment because we are in the process of relocating. The first day we arrived at Somerset Pointe the receptionist told me that she was unable to take us on a tour because she was the only on in the office at the time, that was understandable. We came back the next morning to find the door was locked (during office hours). As we were walking away from the door, I saw an ------- American female standing on the side of the building talking (yelling and screaming) on her cell phone. She saw us waiting at the door and didnt say anything, so I assumed she was a resident there. My husband and went out to lunch and came back about an hour later. Thankfully this time the door was unlocked and there were three receptionists sitting at there desk, and low and behold one of them was the same ------- american female who was talking on her cell phone earlier who didn't have the common sence to stop her personal phone conversation (during office hours) to ask, "How may I help you'" That right showed me that if they arent concerned with individuals who are interested in leasing from them, they wont be concerned with the individuals who already lives there. This gave me heads up and I did not bother to look further into this complex.

I'm glad you had enough sense not to rent from them, you had have regretted it. A little curious what her ethnicity had to do with it though...
