Just like all of the other reviews, it is hard to know where to even begin about this place. The landscaping is nice, but don't be fooled. The rest of this place is terrible. The management is clearly the biggest problem. These employees change every six months and nobody ever knows what is going on. I cannot tell you how many times they have messed up paperwork. It really blows my mind that people like this are allowed to have jobs. Oh, and I dare you to call the office and expect someone to pick up the phone. Also, expect to be bothered to re-do paperwork about three or four times a year because they are constantly being audited. If you have a maintenance problem, forget about it. There have been four different occasions in which we needed someone from maintenance and our request was never even processed by the people in the office. I had to call the office over and over until they finally came, which took about three weeks each instance. Get on craigslist and find a house where you can get so much more space, for a much less price. Just read all of the reviews on here and hopefully you make the decision to go somewhere else.
