Breckenridge

This is the most poorly managed apartment complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance services are contract through a separate company so they do not respond quickly to any maintenance request (emergency or otherwise). And when someone finally comes to fix the problem, they don't really fix anything. They just cover up what you called about and don't address the root cause of the problem. For example, the first maintenance request I ever made was about a water stain on my ceiling. They came and painted over it. Two weeks ago, it began raining hard and my ceiling was leaking. I went to the rental office to tell them about the issue so they could contact maintenance to come out and fix my leaking ceiling. The individuals working at the rental office informed me that the maintenance crew does not work on weekends even if it's an emergency. Wow, talk about great service!! They proceeded to inform me that the leak is caused by a roofing problem that they "are currently working on" Its been about a month and nothing has been done. I have to put a bucket in the hallway when it rains.

Tonight, I came home and the temperature in my apartment was about 90 degrees. Called maintenance and of course no one answered so I left a message. They finally called back and told me they cannot get to it tonight. They really go above and beyond here!!

So if you would like to live in a place that is over-priced, falling apart, and is never attended to by maintenance staff (or any other staff for that matter) then breckenridge is a perfect fit for you!!!

Seriously though, this is by far the worst place I have ever lived.
