Honestly, I don't know why these people have had such a bad experience. I have lived here since October and I have had nothing but good experiences. They always come the same day to fix any problem I have had. Before I moved in, they replaced the carpet, the vinyl and the countertops. My appliances are brand new and work great. I did have a problem with the heat when I first moved in, but it was fixed the same day I called. My apartment is beautiful and I am so happy with the maintenance and cooperation I have gotten from the office. I would recommend anyone to Breckenridge Apartments!
