Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We have had numerous leaks. Some of them were caused by the maintanace making mistakes fixing other problems. Just last week half of our apartment flooded. Horrible pipeing. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. I feel like I'm living in a waterhole.
