The apartments are pretty, and I love the trees. However everything else sucks. My front door was broken, it wouldn't shut or lock from November to April. I called maintainence about 200 times. They only fixed it when I refused to pay rent. The carpets were stained when I moved in, and the staines seemed to grow on a daily basis for the first month that I lived there. They apologized and said that the staines were resurfacing. After about a week my apartment smelled like I have a litter of puppies peeing on my carpet 24/7. The garbage disposal and the washer broke the first month that I lived there, however those two things were fixed with in three weeks. The girls in the office are not rude, they just don't care and if they do they don't show it, however they are not rude. I don't know what really to say other than the trees and the land scapping are nice, the gym equipment is about 20 years old, and they change the gym combonation regularly without informing their residents. Everything is just old and run down and slow.
