my boyfriend nad I just moved in, and already I believe maintence has been here like 5 or 6 times. The apartment is beautiful, but not how they advertised on the website. When we moved in, we were in awe it is our first apartment and it is a pretty decent size overall. Unfortunely, it looked like it hadnt been cleaned, the water pressure was to crap, I have seen maybe an army of ants, the applicanes are very out of date( but still get the job done), and each one of the vents looks like it had leaked at one point. When we moved in we noticed a very terrible smell, thinking it was mold we called the front desk, a maintence guy came out and said that the place had been vacant for a long time, and that they would be back to paint, funny we are still waiting for this paint job. I dont know why these other people are saying they take forever, it does seem like they dont really care about your needs, but maintence comes the next day. I would have lived somewhere else, but this place is still beautiful. The outside is surrounded by gorgeous trees and landscaping. The place needs a new paint job for how much it charges, but its still beautiful.
