I really would not recommend anybody to move in here! If you have neighbors upstairs you will hear every single movement like they were inside your head.
The construction is very cheap, there are spiders and spider webs everywhere.
When something breaks down ( like my drier... ) get ready to wait for a week or so to get it fixed.
You get leaks from the roof and they never fix it.
There are a few neighbors who might be use to live in the countryside and they are not considerate with the rest of us. They come in the middle of the night no matter what day of the week with their loud music, yelling and talking loud in the parking lot. When I complainned to the leasing office they said that they were going to warn then.... Well too many warnings and I am still suffering the noise.
I am not renewing my lease with them I cannot wait to move out of this place. For the money you pay, you can get a better place in the area.
If you get home, parking space is limited and you have to get around until you get a place to park. Since they opened the swimmingpool all the residents who live in that side of the pool we do not have parking!
There are is a leassing consultant in the office who should learn manners, she has not manners at all.She takes things personally and she is resentful.
Do not moven in here!

Thanks for the post. Noise is a deal breaker for me. I visited over the weekend and LOVED the model, but what's more important to me is peace and quiet. I won't be moving here. :-(
