Don't let the landscaping fool you, this place is not worth the price. Besides only the area around the model homes look decent. The rest of the apartments are rundown, spiderwebs fill the hallways, there are loose nail boards on the stairs, and very poor lighting! Appliances are old and rusted and leasing managers refuse to replace it! Appliances are broken and they still wont replace them. Cabinets and closet doors do not shut properly. The leasing office never returns phone calls about maintenance issues. Maintenance does not show up for @ least 3 weeks (& that's after lots of screaming).
Oh and the heat does not work so it is freezing in the winter and my complaints were baiscally ignored.
