It's an alright apartmetnt complex. The leasing agents are friendly, the maintenance people are friendly too. the issue with the maintenance is that they come out, but they never fix what they came out to do. the neighboorhood is quiet and the inside of the apts looks good. i guess i must live in the model area b/c my building is nice on the inside and the outside. for $1000/month we could use some better appliances...they are ancient/antiqure and could use some renovations.
i don't have noisy neighboors, nor have any further complaints. keep in mind i've only been living here 4 months.
