As with any place, you will face a number of disapprovals but overall for the price and location, I am happy to have been living here for two years. Since I moved in from out of state, I had to view apartments online. This was the one who worked with me and had my forms set and ready to go once I moved in. My place was impeccable on my move-in. Two minor water leaks were repaied within 48 hours of my move in date. Any time maintenance has been called, I have been the one with the tight schedule. I had a major water leak in the bathroom one night, they came out and checked it, and they repaired it the next day. In fact, I came home and they were finishing up in the bathroom.
The only issue I have is that half of the outside lights to the apartment stairwells are not lit.
Overall, I am happy and continue to live here!
