I figure if you are so happy with your place, you would make comments about your apartment & all the things that are so great about it. Why would a content tenant write rude remarks to genuinely unhappy tenants'
I think a leak that does not get fixed for weeks at a time has nothing to do with the upkeep of the tenant, but the upkeep of management! I think that the tenant has a right to be unhappy when maintenance, who are friendly, but unfortunately unqualified and makes damages worse.

Why does this property have so many leaks and floods? Does your apt have alot of natural light? The apt I'm suppose to rent doesn't have a window in the dining area like the model, so it seems pretty dark. Not to mention my balcony faces the woods. And why is the bathroom so tiny? I think I'm having SECOND thoughts. Should I?

I am not sure why there are so many leaks. I wish I knew about it before I moved in. The leaks wouldn't be so bad if maitenance knew how to repair it. Its a nice location and convenient access to everything. My apartment does have a window by the dinning room, but its broken as is the windows in my bedroom and they havent come by to repair it because it looks okay to them. I suggest Champions Club next door or Colonial Village across the street.

I lived there 3 years ago and I had the same same problems than the other renters. By the money you pay, you better rent somewhere else. There are a few apartment complex around that offer better deals and are better maintained. It is such a shame! Just do not move in there!
