I have lived at Breckenridge for a while now and I do not see what every one else is saying. I have hardly had anything wrong with my apartment, and anything that has been wrong has been fixed ASAP. Maybe some of these people are not taking care of their apartment the way they should. Also, I understand if you want to complain about stuff going wrong, but get a clue. You live in an apartment complex with hundreds of other people...you think everything is going to work 100 percent of the time? It doesnt even work like that when you live in a house...except here you dont have to pay to have anything fixed. All in all, I love my apartment, I have had no problems, and I think this is a good place to live.

Our neighbor who is a clean freak has roaches in his apartment you can see them crawl on the walls and he has something living in the wall! SOOOOOO just an FYI
