I really hope owner of Breckenridge apartments fire the manager in Glen Allen VA. Her name is -----. She is rude adn RACIST and very dishonnest. She will smile at you and do whatever it takes to own your business, but once she "Gets " you boy you're done. She will take advantage of you. The patmemt complex is quite I give them that. Parking sucks adn management sucks.Their apartment are very old so I had many problems with bathroom flooding and I lived in the third floor so what you think about people living in lower floors. I honnestly do not recommend Breckenridge at all if you have other options run.....

watch out when you move. I couldn't get anything fixed while I lived there (1yr), they let my cat out, couldn't get a parking space near my apt, so I rented a shelter and the neighbor kept parking in it but was never towed. Then they wouldn't give my security deposit back, I did not damage the apt. I complained because both bathrooms leaked and I had black mold, they told me to spray clorox on the wall, what about the carpet and it wasn't my job to fix things. But anyway, they kept my deposit then sued me for damages! WTF? Things that were broken were the same things I complained about from day one. The managment there is so dishonest it isn't funny and how they can keep getting by with it I don't know
