When I first saw the home they appeared remarkable. The architecture of the home is like no other. Then I sign a lease to move in. Day ONE: The first thing I noticed is how dirty the front door, carpets, and walls were. When I asked them to repaint the apartment, the office staff was rude and annoyed. Day TWO: When I noticed that the windows were leaking due to rain one day, I again complained. No returned phone calls or response. Day Three: The noise from the neighbors where intolerable. I tried everything, from being very polite to my new neighbors (who were the nicest people in the world and have gotten used to the noise and are waiting for there lease to be up so they can move.) to complaining yet again to the hellish people in the office. I finally age up and after 3 days in the apartment wanted to move. I personally asked the office }due to all the problems I have encountered in just three days, I would like to move.} There response: TO bad you signed the lease and if you break it early you will owe us $6,000 on top of your lease agreement and if you don}t pay by 4 months you will owe the entire Years LEASE! Then they said }you should really declare bankrupts}. I would not refer anyone to move in.

They told me the exact same thing. Seems to me like they are a bunch of crooks.

Well a lease is a lease. You have 2 months to give them notice and move out, but you did sign it. You should always demand to see the home before you sign on the line, rent or own. Would you buy a house without seeing the true home? No. Same for renting. Go to the leasing office and speak to them in person, you are around the corner. Why call?
