At one time there was a fantastic manager here...her name was Chrissy...she left in late summer & since the change all aspects of this community has gone down hill! I submitted a work order & it took 34 days to get completed. The maintenance team is so unexperienced that they can't even chanage a toilet seat. The managment company goes for months without paying bills which causes the grass to be uncut, trash to collect & the pool to be green! You deserve better! DO NOT RENT HERE! The company is the worst! Google The Bethany Group...enough said...they were the managers until like a year and a half ago...good luck...I ran as fast as I could!!!

You are right..I signed my lease last month for a single bed room apt and I stayed there only for one day as there were lot of bed bugs ,centipedes on the day I moved in.I was really shocked to see and that night was a really nightmare for us.The apartment was not fully ready before the keys were handed over to me.Washing machine was not working,the patio door didnt lock,bathroom shower didnt work...the list goes on and on.I fought with the manager to break my lease and luckily I got out of this apartment and moved into culpeper apts which I found the best among all the apartments which I lived in till now..So plzz stay away from this garbage and dont get attracted by the move in specials they offer...

First of all her name was Christy and she was an idiot. She didn't leave, she was fired b/c of her poor management skills. She was the cause of a lot of things not being taken care of timely I hope now that she is gone, the new management team can get this place back into shape!!!

what? the old manager was good? she never cared for our complaints and we always felt she looked down on us when we go to leasing ofc for any help !!! the new mngmt is way far better in responding...hoping their overall performance improves more..
