I dont know where to begin with this review. The management is the worst I have ever seen, heard of, or otherwise. Maintenance is horrible mostly due to the fact that the management does not hold them responsible for the work they do or lack of work for that matter. My wife and I reported the fan above the oven range to be defective I dont know how many times and maintenance attempted to repair it no less than 3 times. The management allowed multiple total loss (wrecked) cars to remain unlicensed in the parking lot for almost the entire lease period. The maintenance staff never cleared the sidewalks or steps when it snowed. Luckily it doesnt snow in Richmond that often because management would allow the streets in the complex to remain unplowed for days. Management also did not monitor other occupants in the complex. The family below us had 5 adults and an infant in a small one bedroom apt. The couple directly below us would grill with a charcoal grill under our WOOD deck in violation of the fire code. The work out facility was never cleaned, example: the same grape was on the floor for over a month. The maintenance staff on hand was in my opinion not qualified to work on the heat pumps, opting to charge and "recharge" the units releasing coolant illegaly instead testing the unit for leaks and repairing them. Lastly, (and trust me this is all I can remember) the management would allow tenants to have direct tv dishes on the ground outside the deck or porch and on the ground 10 to 20 feet from the porch with exposed wires running from the dishes back to the apartment in violation of the lease agreement (eye sore!!!). In summary I do not recommend to anyone!
