Champions Club Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

I've been at Champions Club for almost a year now. Overall it has been ok. It's not the greatest but not the worst either.
I have seen the abandoned "motorcycle" too... it's ugly and it's still there. The office staff never picks up the phone when you call them. It seems that they always let your calls go to the answering machine even when they are there.
I've made a few service calls and each time the service staff responded within a day or two.
I find the environment to be quiet and it feels safe. At dusk you can usually see people and their little kids walking around the complex. Champions Club is a relatively small complex (approx 15 buildings).

Thanks for the review and there are 19 buildings. It is about to become more safe shortly. I hope you enjoy the new management. ~:^)

The pet policy needs to be looked at updated. I have no pets but the apartment next door has two dogs (little) the aparment on the rear has a dog and the neighbors underneath me have dogs. The dogs next to me bark ALL DAY LONG, I work from home on days and it completely anoys me to no end. I can not concentrate on my work for the continous barking. I don't have pets and believe that the owners should have some kind of bark restraining devices located either on the dog or in the apartment for all residents can enjoy there surrondings. Please help the non - pet owners!!!!
