The place and it's staff advertise this place as a luxury apartment however, it's far from luxurious. These places haven't been updated since they were built 20 or so years ago and everything from the appliances to electrial outlets are in poor condition. Both girls are very snotty and will get an attitude with you any time you tell them something wasn't fixed or have a concern.

I've lived here 9 months and have seen 3 different maintenance guys. They enter your apartment without telling you, don't leave notes saying they were there or what they "fixed". They don't know how to fix anything and if you need a new appliance, you'll be put on a long waiting list because the management company only lets them buy so many new appliances per month. Hopefully you won't have any problems with leaks or floods because if you do, they won't do anything except fix the leak. You have to clean up the mess. If mold starts growing in the area that got wet they won't do anything about it. I figure this is why this place is about $150 cheaper than about 6 other apartments in the area that are identical, have the exact same floorplan and were built by the exact same company.

They also have a stupid policy that you can't sign your lease until 4pm of the day you move in. They won't budge even if you have special circumstances. Who wants to move their stuff in the evening when it's getting dark''

And if you think this apartment complex is safe, think again. If you look on the county website you can look up how many burglaries and vandalism cases have been reported to the police. More than there should be for this side of town.

Stay away if you want a hassle free apartment and don't want to constantly report maintenance problems, kill bugs and wait a couple months for a new appliance.
