I lived here for 2 years, and it has only gotten worse. I think maintenance may have too much on their hands and that may be why maintenance gets backed up. As for the office staff, the manager is not only phony but rude. And lacks serious professionalism. I heard from a former tenant that a girl selling items was sent to her door by the manager. Apparently, the girl stated she was sent to the tenants apt because she was nice and would buy. How rude is that' The complex is not bad but if Management is not professional then it really doesn't mean much.
