The management in this apartment is a joke. Look at the reviews on this site and you will notice a downward trend in how the place is run. I referred a friend to move into this community who owns a Miniture Pincher (a 15lb dog, max). He and his fiance were welcomed in and told there would be no issues with the dog. 3 DAYS after they moved in they received a note on their door that the property manager wanted to meet with them, no explanation or anything. At the meeting they were told they could move out at that time or could live there with the "restricted breed" dog and as soon as someone said something to them, they would have to move out. Not wanting to be blindsided with an eviction notice at any time, they chose to move out. I moved out on November 9th and have yet to see my deposit check back. I've been fed BS excuse after BS excuse from ------- that i didn't leave a forwarding address. That was in December and I had them make a copy of my 60-day notice which had a forwarding address on it. I was then told that it can be up to 60 days for the check to be sent. That was January 9th, almost a month ago. This weekend I went into the office and asked for a contact name and phone number for someone at the management company and was given the run around. I was told that the check had been mailed on January 24 (two weeks passed the previously stated 60 day time frame) but have not received it as of today. So her I am almost 90 days after I moved out still dealing with this unprofessional and immature person who I don't beleive at all.

I hear you on your frustration w/management. They are very unprofessional and after living there 2 years I was fed up and had to leave. What they charge for rent and the treatment you receive is totally unbalanced. In my case they never told me about my 60-day notice, I had to call them about a week or so after since they were very late sending out renewal notices, and I ended up having to pay a penalty on account of their delay. The manager in particular "trys" to be nice...but watch out! It is phony....Unless they change their practices I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to live there. Good luck on receiving your $$$$.

Wow I guess I won't be living there then, although I was seriously considering it. Unless they have changed management since?? Thanks for sharing your knowledge; after all knowledge is power. It saddens me to hear about you and your responders plight. Thank you again.
