I have lived here 2 years and will be moving out soon do to a new job location. Robberies and break-ins can happen anywhere, what do people expect management to do' They contacted the police and sent out notices and alerts for safety. Anyways since then haven't had much if any crime that I've seen. I've always felt safe here. There is a very active community and you can see families walking around outside sometimes till midnight. Every problem I have needed to have fixed has been pretty readily fixed. However, my apartment has flooded twice, and upon trying to move out I have had a lot of problems with management. They decided to blame the carpet condition on my cats which are declawed and litter trained, when the carpet problem is from complete flooding. They gave me bad reviews when I tryed to get a new place to rent causing me to pay $500 extra dollars to move in. I am very displeased that they seemed nice but lied on the rental notice they sent to our new rental place. One good note about management when they changed the pet policy to monthly rent and deposit since it had just started and I got my second cat they still let me in on the old policy so I wouldn't have to pay monthly pet rent. Things have broken in the apartment like the water heater or a/c gauge, but they were fixed usually the same day or night and haven't broken again since. Parking is easy to find for me or friends. The room size and layout are awesome. I won't recommend this place or say don't rent either. Also as of the last month their have been some noisy neighbors that park there car and blast music for 1-2 hours all hours even as late as 11pm.
