The Absolute Worst

I have lived here for a year and thankfully I will be relocating. The management is rude and negligent. I had to call several time for maintenance requests that were NEVER resolved. The insulation in the apartment is horrible and my heating bills were extremely high during the winter. The windows leaked air so badly that if it was windy outside my curtains would move. The noise level is unbelievable, especially on the weekends. I did not feel very safe here because there was a police raid of the apartment above mine. Additionally, there would be random people sitting on the stair well or on the curb in the evening. There were several break ins while I was a resident in this facility. Ventilation is another huge problem that I believe is an environmental health issue since I was able to smell the tobacco smoke from my neighboring apartment. It was so bad that my clothes and my entire home smelled like tobbacco smoke. Naturally, the negligent managment and maintenance staff did nothing to improve the problem. The pool and "gym" were disgusting, they seemed like a breeding ground for all types of bacteria. I never used either and would strongly recommend that current residents do the same. Overall, I made a big mistake in moving here. The only perk of this place is that its cheap and relatively close to the interstate.
