About a year there. I had no trouble with roaches, the neighbors were mostly quiet. I would have to agree with the other reviewers about response to maintenance requests though. It took about 1.5 weeks for them to come fix a leaky faucet, even though I came in and re-reminded them twice, by which time the faucet was just running (before the third time when I threatened to get my own plumber and take his bill off the rent; it was fixed that same day). Parking was really no problem.
