I moved here while I was in high school with my family and it has its pros and cons. Some of the pros I would definitely say it has is that the rooms are spacious and that the rent was cheap. A big plus is that the apartment is extremely close to the mall and other stores. Very convenient location for shopping and easy access to major highways such as I-95 and I-295. The apartment is settled in a great school district. However, there are many many cons with this apartment. There is totally no parking after a certain time (about 6pm or so). My dad would sometimes have to park at the handicap space and would have his car towed away. Another con is that there are way too many kids at these apartments. Some kids are extremely disrespectful and do not care about other residents' privacy or the noise that they make. I don't believe that there is a play area for little kids so most kids would play on the street.

There actually is a children's play area in the community. The office staff makes sure the kids are told to stay in the playground and off the streets.
