They are very good apartments and I've enjoyed my stay here all along. Plusses are it has good/very safe environment and friendly community. Minuses -- Quite expensive especially if you are about to renew/extend the lease. Sometimes I wonder if there's any criteria to hire an office staff. The one that joined recently doesn't seem to know what she's doing and is very rude. She has terrible/horrible people skills, so avoid her if you can. Others are quite co-operative though.

YOU MUST BE TALKING ABOUT THE PART-TIMER, JOB ISN'T GOOD FIT FOR HER, IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS, BETTER OFF CALLING CORPERATE OFFICE

To the previous response: The part-timer that is there now is pretty new and came on board about summer 2008. She is not the same one as the one you are talking about from 2007. The new one is very pleasant and will do the best she can to resolve any problems. I have dealt with her since she 1st started and have been pleased
