Office Management HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
 
------ is rude, and has an attitude I've never seen from someone in a customer service-focused job. Avoid her because she seems to have a genuine dislike for the people who live there. I thought it was just me, but several residents I spoke to feel the same way.

----- is friendly, professional and much better to deal with. She should be ------'s boss, just so she can fire her.
