They have an all-encompassing lease that forces you to pay all fees, even for time that you have not signed your lease or taken possession. They have a utilities billing service for sewer/trash/water that is handled by a 3rd party. This third party will charge you $20 on your first bill for an administrative fee, then $4.50 a month, which is more than the water, or trash or sewer portions.
Moving into my apartment, the blinds did not fit properly and were wedged into the window sills, amateurish repair of the walls, sink leaked and a host of other issues. I lived there over a week before maintenance was able to get to me to fix the issues.
these are older apartments and are not well insulated. Great location, however making left turns onto Gaskins Road prove difficult during the morning and evenings rush hours.
